1. Cancellation by the Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Prantik Holidays as soon as possible. The following terms apply to cancellations:

Airline Tickets: Airline tickets are subject to the airline's cancellation policy. Most tickets are non-refundable or refundable with a cancellation fee. You will be informed of the specific cancellation terms at the time of booking.

Hotel Bookings: Hotel bookings are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Cancellations made before the specified time (usually 24 to 48 hours before the check-in date) may result in a full refund. After the cancellation window, a cancellation fee may apply.

Tour Packages: For pre-booked tour packages, the cancellation policy depends on the terms agreed upon with the tour provider. Typically, cancellations within a specified period will incur a cancellation fee, and cancellations closer to the departure date may not be refunded.

Umrah Packages: Cancellations made after booking an Umrah package will be subject to specific terms based on the provider. A cancellation fee may apply, and no refund may be granted for cancellations within a certain period before the departure date.

2. Refund Policy
Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the specific policies of the travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). Prantik Holidays will facilitate the refund process, but the final amount refunded is subject to the terms set by the provider.

Refund Processing Time: Once a cancellation request is received, the refund process will begin. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as booking fees, processing fees, and insurance fees, may not be refundable. This will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only a partial refund may be available, depending on the provider's terms and the timing of your cancellation.

3. Cancellation by Prantik Holidays
In rare cases, Prantik Holidays may need to cancel or alter your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events. If this occurs:

You will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.

If you choose an alternative package, the cost difference may apply depending on the new arrangement.
